You can ask us to delete your Rechic account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what we remove, and the limited records we are required to keep.
The quickest way to delete your account is from within Rechic. Follow this path.
Open the Rechic app and tap Profile in the bottom menu.
Under Support, tap Settings.
Scroll to Account actions and tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Submit request in the dialog that appears.
Submit an account deletion request? Our admin team will review and process it within 30 days.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can still ask us to delete your account. Email support@rechic.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Account deletion. We may ask you to confirm a few details so we can be sure the request comes from you.
Our team reviews every request to confirm it comes from the account holder and that there are no open orders, active listings, or unresolved disputes. Once confirmed, your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days. We email you to confirm when this is done.
If you have an active sale or purchase, we may need to complete or close it before your account can be removed. We will let you know if anything is outstanding.
When your request is processed, we permanently remove your personal data from Rechic. A small number of records must be kept to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. These are stored securely, access is restricted, and they are removed once they are no longer required.
